The pandemic has affected your meetings in myriad ways and planning them is stymied by regularly changing circumstances and non-uniform guidelines across the country and the industry.
Associations wish solutions would simply drop in their laps, but they will be unique to each association and to each meeting. Instead of wishing for a miracle, let’s establish a structure for making decisions based on the needs of both the association and the key stakeholders.
The speaker will pose a series of scenarios that will identify questions you could ask and answer before you devise a solution, such as “Is your meeting objective still relevant?” “How will your target audience want to participate?” “What do I need to know about virtual and hybrid meetings?” Your responses will create if-then scenarios that will position your association to respond quickly when the time is right.
